NAGSAMPA si Philippine National Police – Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) chief, Major General Nicolas Torre III, ng reklamo ng ‘sedition and unlawful utterances’ laban kay dating Presidente Rody Duterte tungkol sa “kill” senators remark.

“I am filing this as a citizen. And you know, I’m a policeman. It’s part of the PNP to make sure that we protect the citizenry from criminal activities like this,” sabi ni Torre.

“E maliit lang tingnan ‘yan, pero it is being uttered by a former president, hindi malayo na gayahin or he will be taken […] seriously by his blind supporters. Kasi nangyari na ‘yan e, ‘di ba? Sabi niya, pagpapatay ng mga adik, nangyari nga,” dagdag ni Torre
