‘Habulin din ang ari-arian ni Quiboloy’

GUSTO ni dating Senador at election lawyer Leila De Lima na imbestigahan din ng Kongreso ang mga kayamanan ni Pastor Apollo Quiboloy ng Kingdom of Jesus Christ International at “may-ari” ng Sonshine Media Network Inc., na iniimbestigahan din ang paglabag sa franchise nito.

Gusto ni De Lima, dati rin Justice Secretary at kasalukuyang spokesperon ng partido politikal na Liberal, na silipin ng mga otoridad ang bank accounts ng umano’y sex offender na Quiboloy pati ng kanyang ministry “before these are emptied and the DDS stash transferred to other dummies.”

Sinabi ni De Lima na si Quiboloy “is not above thaw law”. Kaya nanawagan siya sa mga otoridad “to take swift action” laban sa controversial pastor na akusado ng ‘child abuse’ at ‘child trafficking’.

Sinusuportahan ni De Lima ang ‘contempt order’ ng Senado laban kay Quiboloy.

Si Senator Risa Hontiveros, ang head ng Senate panel na nag-iimbestiga sa mga akusasyong pang-aabuso laban kay Quiboloy, ang nagpa- “cite in contempt” sa televangelist at nirekomenda ang pag-aresto rito matapos na isnabin ang subpoena, ‘di dumalo sa pagdinig. Pero ang apat na Senador (Robin Padilla, Imee Marcos, Cynthia Villar at Bong Go) ay komontra sa contempt order laban kay Quiboloy, binanggit nila ang kahalagahan ng ‘due process’.

“Arrest Quiboloy and open his and KOJC bank accounts pursuant to the AMLC law before these are emptied and the DDS stash transferred to other dummies. This is not only about Quiboloy. This is about going after the most powerful criminal organization in the country, the DDS,” post ni De Lima sa X nitong Marso 8, 2024.

Pinaalalahanan ni De Lima ang mga senador sa pagbigay kay Quiboloy ng exemptions sa imbestigasyon “just because he is a friend”

“There should only be one law for all. Senators should not exempt Quiboloy from the compulsory processes of a legislative inquiry just because he is a friend. A senator is a public office, not a personal entitlement. It is a public trust, not a private investment,” diin ni De Lima.

Si Senator Cynthia Villar ang nagsabi na kaya kontra siya sa pag-contempt kay Quiboloy ay dahil kaibigan niya ito, mabait ito sa kanilang pamilya. Siguro nagso-solid vote ang grupo ni Quibs sa Villar pag eleksyon. Puede!

“The accusations raised against Quiboloy are the gravest: rape, abuse of minors, white slavery, religious quackery (there ought to be a law against it), etc. This is not to mention his role as the gun-runner and money launderer for Duterte and the DDS,” giit ni De Lima.

Si Quiboloy ay wanted sa Federal Bureau of Investigation (BFI) sa Amerika sa mga kasong sex trafficking, bulk cash smuggling, coercion, at fraud and conspiracy.

Pina-subpoena rin ng House of Representatives si Quiboloy dahil sa mga reklamong paglabag sa franchise ng kanyang network, Sonshine Media Network Internationak.

Pero giit ng legal team ni Quiboloy, walang dapat ipaliwanag ang pastor sa mga kongresista. Araguy!!!

Bago ang pagpapaaresto ng Senado kay Quiboloy, nag-post ang DDS vlogger, na kasama ng pastor si dating Pangulo Rodrigo Duterte sa Davao City.

Nagtatago raw si Quiboloy sa kanyang “Dome” sa Davao.
