Operation Hope Australia (ORHA) in partnership with the Mead Foundation,Las Piñas City Medical Center-CityMed and Villar Foundation conducts its 7th “Libreng Operasyon para sa Bingot” on Sunday (March 30) . Eighty (80) patients are expected to avail free cleft lip and palate surgery on this annual medical mission.
