TAONG 2018 unang nanalo ng international acting award si Judy Ann Santos at ito ay bilang Best Actress sa napaka-prestigious na Cairo International Film Festival sa Egypt para sa pelikulang Mindanao.
At fast forward ngayong taong 2025, muling binigyan ng karangalan ni Judy Ann ang Pilipinas dahil sa pagwawagi na naman niya bilang Best Actress, this time ay para sa horror film na Espantaho, sa 45th Fantasporto International Film Festival na ginanap mula February 28 hanggang March 8, 2025, sa Batalha Centro De Cinema sa Porto, Portugal.
Nitong Disyembre ay wagi rin si Judy Ann, para rin sa Espantaho, bilang pinakamahusay na aktres sa sa Gabi ng Parangal ng 50th Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) nitong December 27, 2024.

“I would like to thank the Jury of Fantasporto for the recognition.
“It is heavy. There’s a lot of excess baggage when I get back home.
“I would like to thank the jury of Fantasporto for the recognition. It is with great pride and honor that I am here to represent my country which is the Philippines.
“I would also like to share this award with my director Chito Roño, our writer Chris Martinez and, of course, to [the] Espantaho team.
“And to my husband and to my three children, they’ve been always my inspiration in every project I make.
“Porto is such a beautiful city. I am just so happy I would be bringing home the best souvenir!”
Kasama ni Judy Ann ang mister niyang si Ryan Agoncillo sa Portugal at bago umakyat sa entablado ay nag-lips to lips ang mag-asawa.
Kasama rin nila ang mahusay at masipag na road manager ng aktres na si Ralph Mercado.
Samantala, narito pa ang mga ibang nagwagi sa naturang prestihiyosong 45th Fantasporto International Film Festival.
