PRO-CHINA SI TSIS

HABANG iniipit ni Tsis ang impeachment trial, nabibisto ang kulay na kanyang salawal. Kampi siya kay Misfit Sara. May ambisyon maging pangulo si Tsis at ito ang paraan niya upang basbasan siya ng mga Duterte bilang kanilang kandidato sa 2028.

Alam ni Tsis na hindi siya mamanukin ng kampo ni BBM sa 2028. May iba silang kandidato at malinaw na hindi nila kukunin si Tsis upang ilaban sa mamanukin ng pamilya mandarambong ng Davao City. Mas may pag-asa siya kung sa mga Duterte siya kikiling. Trapo si Tsis at hindi siya naniniwala sa anumang prinsipyo sa pulitika.

Ang mahalaga kay Tsis ay fighting chance kung kikiling siya sa kampo ng mga mandarambong ng Davao City. Wala na si Misfit Sara sa 2028. Masahol pa ito sa pinitpit na luya pagdating ng 2028. Gasgas na ito. Hindi na mapapakinabangan si Misfit Sara sa 2028.

Dalawa lang ang pagpipilian ng pamilya mandarambong sa 2028: Robin at Tsis. Alam ni Tsis na kaya niya si Robin dahil super tanga ang laos na kctor. Kaya aasarin lang ni Tsis si Robin upang humina ang loob at puso ng huli sa 2028.

Ngunit hindi ito ang komplikasyon ng sitwasyon. Batid ng buong mundo na kakampi ng China ang mga Duterte. Mga alila o alipin ng Peking ang mga Duterte at sa maikli, kakampi na ng China si Tsis. Isa ito sa dahilan kung bakit walang salita si Tsis na kontra Tsina kahit binabangga at sinasaktan ng mga Intsik ang mga mandaragat ng Pinoy sa West Philippine Sea.

Pag-aralan mabuti ang sitwasyon ngayon at makikita na labis-labis ang gulang at kasakiman ni Tsis sa poder. Nagkamali si BBM na magtiwala kay Tsis. Walang pagmamahal sa bayan at tanging ang sarili, ang mga Duterte, at China ang pinapaboran.

HINDI kailangan magpatawag ng special session si BBM upang buuin ang Senado bilang isang impeachment court sa ngayon. Isa na itong impeachment court kung pagbabatayan ang salita ng Saligang Batas sa isyu. Pakibasa ang pahayag ng isang mambabatas sa isyu.

No special session needed for Senate: It is already an impeachment court – House prosecutor

A House prosecutor asserted on Tuesday that the Senate does not need a special session to convene as an impeachment court to hear the impeachment complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte, emphasizing that the Constitution mandates the trial to proceed immediately. San Juan City Rep. Ysabel Maria Zamora, a lawyer, said the Senate, by constitutional mandate, is an impeachment court even during recess and no need for BBM to call for a special session.

“As to that, we don’t need a special session because the Constitution is clear that trial shall forthwith proceed. For us, the Senate is already the impeachment court even if it is on recess,” Zamora, a member of the 11-man House prosecution panel, said.

She defended BBM’s decision not to intervene, citing the separation of powers between the branches of government. “The executive is a separate branch of government; thus it is right for the President not to call for a special session,” she added.

House Assistant Majority Leader Jil Bongalon of Ako Bicol Party-list underscored that the House has not yet received a copy of the petition reportedly filed by the Vice President’s camp to challenge the impeachment proceedings. “We have not yet received a copy of the order, but definitely we will comply. We are confident that the Supreme Court will not intervene,” Bongalon, a lawyer who is also a member of the House prosecution panel, said.

Meanwhile, 1RIDER Partylist Rep. Rodge Gutierrez, also a lawyer and another member of the House prosecution team, pointed out that the Palace’s stance on the special session aligns with its earlier statements regarding the impeachment process. “This seems to be consistent with the Palace’s first pronouncements on the possibility of calling for a special session,” Gutierrez said.

He reiterated that the responsibility of convening as an impeachment court lies solely with the Senate, in accordance with the Constitution. “But in any case, if we look at the Constitution, this is a responsibility that primarily falls on the Senate. We respectfully and eagerly anticipate the Senate’s action on this matter,” Gutierrez added.

Wala kaming iboboto sa tiket ng administrasyon at Inferior Davao. Ang iboboto namin ay sina Bam Aquino, Frances Castro, Heidi Mendoza, Teddy Casino, at Kiko Pangilinan sa balota. Hindi ako magpapaloko sa mga kandidatong walang kakayahan.
