Silver medalists Helen Alcopen (women’s -48kg) at Charmea Quelino (women’s -52kg); at bronze medalists Renzo Miguel Cazeñas (men’s -81kg) and George Angelo Baclagan (men’s -90kg) ay kabilang sa line-up kasama sina Nick Gabriel Ligero (men’s -60kg), Ryan Christian Benavidez (men’s -66kg), Rael Geoffrey Abujos (men’s +100kg), and Mylene Matias (women’s -52kg).
Quelino ay sasabak sa 57-kg category,Cazeñas sa -90kg category, at Baclagan sa -100kg category.
Kurash Sports Federation of the Philippines (KSFP) president Rolan LLamas ang head of delegation, kasama ang mga coaches Lloyd Dennis Catipon at Jeneilou Mosqueda,referees Al Rolan Llamas at Estie Gay Liwanen, at team manager Rommel Miranda.
Nagkaroon ng seminar para sa coaches at referees Abril 26-27 sa Kurash Confederation of Asia-Oceana (KCAO) congress bago ang competition ngayon Abril 28.

Ang Asian Championship ay gaganapin sa Xiaoshan Linpu Gymnasium, na maging training at competition venue para sa Kurash,judo at jiu-jitsu sa Asian Games na nakatakda mula Setyembre 23 hanggang Oktubre 8.
Bukod sa Asian Games, ang national Kurash team ay lalahok rin sa Asian Indoor at Martial Arts Games na e-host ng Thailand mula Nobyembre 17 hanggang 26.
