ARESTADO ang isang senior officer ng PhilHealth at isa pa na ‘wanted’ sa kasong Cyber Libel sa Pasig City.
Kinilala ang mga naaresto na sina Rey Balena, 48, senior manager ng PhilHealth at residente ng 47 JP Rizal St, Sta. Lucia, Novaliches, Quezon City; at Angelito Ymasa, 43, residente ng 01 San Bernardo St., Brgy. San Juaquin, Pasig City.
Naaresto si Balena sa Unit 709 City State Center, Shaw Blvd., Pasig City, sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inisyu ni Hon. Ramon Daomilas Jr., Presiding Judge ng Regional Trial Court 7th Judicial Region Branch XI, Cebu City.
Nadakip naman si Ymasa sa kanyang bahay, na may standing warrant of arrest na inisyu ni Hon. Theresa S. Dizon, Presiding Judge ng Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 155, Pasig City sa kasong acts of lasciviousness. (Gaynor Bonilla)
